I feel like the people who enjoy Fried Chicken are usually the people who enjoy it strictly for its skin.
Why? Why bothering eating if your favorite part is essentially deep fried flower and bread crub soaked in Chicken Grease?

i do. people complain about the onion sliding out of the batter but i don't mind. and i don't like the onion rings made with chopped onion as much.

Lol at the .jpg name but to what you were saying Op I think thats true about people eating tenders but not chicken. I have always wondered why the west didnt adopt chicken skins as a snack same to cracklins/chicharons/pork skins.
