You can get most ingredients anywhere I think. Lime leaves, tumeric, lemongrass, ginger and cumin and stuff aren't that hard to find. Only some things like laos, kemiri and trassi aren't that easy unless you live in SE asia or the Netherlands, but they aren't that essential anyway.
