A casual discussion on ethics in spaghetti journalism. Here, I'll start
This one is a bit more meaty.
Raw is always fun too.
But my favorite has to be this.

Though, the sauce really should be chunkier.

these aren't spaghetti alla carbonara tho
carbonara is egg yolks pancetta/bacon cubes and white pepper
still look quite good
Spaghetti only tastes good with copious amounts of cheese.
Without a red sauce.

Carrots. Peas.
I make spaghetti sauce with 1 sauteed chopped onion, 1 can diced tomatoes, and 1 tsp of basil. Is that so wrong?

Here's a few. Not certain how to judge this by sight, never had it.

>Implying bacon wasn't used in the original recipe made during the war to feed the starving treacherous eye ties.

It precedes the war by a long time. I have it in my great grandmothers recipe book from 1923.

No ones gives a shit. I've had it up to here with this carbonara wankery. It's bacon, eggs and cheese. Now guess what, every single fucking country from Portugal to Russia has a recipe involving these ingredients. Probably some more outside of Europe. So kindly shut the fuck up, we've had enough carbonara discussions to last for years.
