to be honest pham, based on what your saying, it appears you took it out of the oven too soon.
also.... are you sure the oven is at that temp? the dial can be off quit a bit form the real temp in the oven (insurance reasons)
Get an oven thermometer and use it to get a real temp on whats going on in your oven.
that pizza appears fine except for being undercooked -- or taken out too quickly.
