The egg looks alright, but I prefer to save sardines for saltines, hot sauce, and whiskey.
Could use anchovies, though.

I made egg white omelets with canned tuna, canned salmon, and sardines separately.
In the end, the sardines {which I used the Mediterranean style King Oscar brand sardines) turned out best, if a little too oily.
Overall I'd rank it Mediterranean sardines > tuna with hotsauce > salmon with hotsauce when it comes to pairing with eggs.
