Japanese curry is the meh one to me, but honestly, Indian curry really is not that much better.
Thai curry is my favorite (kaeng kua is my all time favorite).
Japanese curry is my #1 favorite food, followed by apple pie. Recently I'm trying to perfect my recipie, so I've been eating curry like 4x a week.
I love Japanese curry to bits, but Thai curry is probably better in terms of flavor.
Still, there's nothing more satisfying in life than a giant plate of katsu curry with some pickled radishes.
