Taster's Choice Weight Maximizer Menu:

breakfast: protein wafer, citrus rinds, biscuit and gravy

weight snack: saltines

lunch break: tuna casserole sandwiches and celery spears

cardio break: raisin pack and scrambled eggs with honey glaze

dinner feast: pisatcio's brand official vegetable salad, seasoned vegetable countdown, steak with cheese topping

evening workout mix: soy cheese vegan pizza with vegetable-based soy-flavor topping, tapioca wad, chocolate spoons with ice coffee

midnight's snack: only dried fruit

this diet each day use it with workouts and also on cheat days/rest days - same diet each day means consistency and means greater gains in the gym

I keep this diet with my lifter's squad and we are going to be entering several competitiions soon and expect to make national placement in ALL of them.

i don't like weightlifting, i prefer bodyweight exercises. i like pull ups, dips, and using a treadmill at max incline. swimming is also great too. i pretty much eat the same way i always have, once in a while i start craving more red meat but that's it. i don't try to bulk or consume a certain amount of protein. just eat healthy.

fellow /fit/ck/ user here. it's pretty easy. understand what you're going for, what foods fit into those goals and how to cook them in various manners.

we're obviously going for lots of protein, no matter what we're doing, so we've got meats, seafood, dairy, nuts and various legumes.

unless you're on a bulk, there's no reason to be going for refined grains like white rice, all-purpose flour, potatoes, regular pasta, etc. that leaves us with plenty of healthier carbs such as sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, various whole wheat/grain breads, vegetables and fruits that should make up the bulk of our carb intake. healthy fats will come from a lot of the meat, nuts and things like avocados.

that's generally it. there are countless ways to prepare your proteins, so learn how to roast, saute, grill, marinade, rub, slow cook, etc. browse food sites like serious eats, bon appetit, all recipes, etc for some inspiration if you can't figure out what you want to do, but eventually you should be able to figure out simple combinations that will serve you forever.

made a /fit/ skillet last night of peppers, onions, smoked turkey breast and a little fennel. half a TBSP of butter a cup of rice and a fried egg at the last made two hearty meals for me.

Well I took 3 chicken breasts, cut them up seasoned them a bit and threw them in a crock pot with v8 juice and let them cook for 8 hours.

Except I went to the gym and they cooked for a few hours more and became a "dry" hard to explain but I gotta make due. Also prepared some rice so I just scoop some chicken on the rice and pour the v8 juice into a bowl and eat it all up. Nothing fancy but it's fit enough.

Obviously you arent proficent at being fit nor cooking because of you had any modicum of knowledge on either subject you wouldnt ask this question.

Your basic meal with consist of protein vegg and starch. Pan sauce or gravy are extra calories that arent needed but can be replaced with pico de gallo, guacamole,pesto reducing olive oil and parmesean and adding crushed nuts, these are healthy and add a burst of flavor while also being easy to switch ingredients to keep flavors fresh

Roasted whole snapper with a mango pico de gallo jasmine rice and steamed/roasted/ boiled broccoli/ carrots with onions and garlic.

This above follows protein\veg/starch the diffrent seasonings toppings and sides keep it fresh. Replace rice with sweet potatos etc. Think about your meals and make them happen faggot.

Best recipe I have found for breakfast is usually oats and protein shakes together. You can do whatever you like with them, I personally like overnight oatmeal because I can flavour it with the protein shake or use some chocolate flavouring and have it with berries.

Broatcakes, the /fit/est breakfast ever:

1/2 cup dry oats, reconstituted with 1/2 cup milk
pinch salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
mix well, add water if necessary
1 TBSP butter

Fry oatmeal in 2/3 patties on medium for 3-5 minutes a side.

320 kcal 12g brotein extremely filling and excellent fiber count.

cutting? eat one serving, cut back the butter

bulking? eat 2-3

easy to make in bulk and freeze, can be split and toasted. costs's about $0.40
