No one is responding because your thread is shit. Let it die.

Define medium difficulty
homemadeburgers, lasagna

By medium difficulty I mean making pizza from scratch and such.

Pizza isn't medium difficulty if you make the dough, sauce and cheese. Unless to you it is, but it isn't to me, and I've made those three components before for a pizza. That said, the thread topic is open to interpretation. Someone could talk about how easy it is to whip up a pasta dish, but then tell them the pasta must be from scratch and they'd not even mention pasta any more. Not hat it is hard either, I've done it more times than I've made cheese.
cooking tritip.
the key is patience and learning to cook in indirect heat.
Op, your pic looks delicious. Give me a loaf of cheap white cracker bread and a 12 pack, and I'd be in cracker heaven.

Literally the worst
I'd try to one-up you with my preferred, far slower boards, but I don't want you hostel-dwelling scum polluting it

id assume it deppends heavily on what you consider best tasting an medium dificulty.
Tbh I wouldnt consider most things in cooking hard, just more/less time/work intensive.
If you have most basic techniques down you will be able to make most dishes easilly
