It's like free flavor. It's almost a cooking cheat, you don't even have to try.

They both taste like chicken
A meal just isn't a meal without onion, garlic and chili. Everything else is optional.

My father puts garlic in fucking everything, to the extent I'm actually getting tired of garlic and sometimes don't put it in simply because of oversaturation.
Also, onion slices marinated in vinegar are godly for salads or just on their own.

Dude, I eat onions raw I love them so much
>>7186747
I'm glad I never had that problem. I use onions and garlic like salt an pepper, and use them in pretty much every single savory dish I make. Makes me pose the question, what cannot be made better, or could do without onion and garlic in some capacity?

You can conceivably:
>put garlic and onion in chili
>put garlic and onion on home-made burgers
>put garlic and onion with pasta
>put garlic and onion in stir fry
>put garlic and onion on pizza
>have fried onion with garlic with your eggs in the morning
>put garlic and onion on subs and sandwiches
>have garlic steak with fried onion
>pickle your onions
>even pickle your garlic
>eat onion raw/drink onion juice
Let's see if you can think of ANYTHING that would be shit with garlic and onion added. And not just because it's shit on it's own.

Garlic is really good for people with heart conditions, you should ask your dad if he's alright.
Is there any way to prepare garlic in a way you could eat it whole and enjoy it? Basically everything I use garlic in has it diced or crushed.
My dad used to put some whole garlic cloves inside roasts but I don't recall if they were eaten or removed after cooking so I never tried it.

I'm 80% sure I could make a caramelized onion and garlic ice cream and it would work. Might not be great, but it would be edible.
for all my garlic and onion lovers.
Core out an onion..insert garlic.
Bake
consumption may cause amazing things.

You could make a creamy sweet and savory garlic ice cream.
Onion and garlic make any protein GOAT tier.
Onions are my favorite
Sometimes I like to bite into sweet onions and eat them like apples
Making some BBQ chicken in the crock pot right now with onions and garlic
