Alright, since it's /ck/ristmas time and I'm back at my parents house for a bit I decided to make some tasty nutella cookies. This recipe is really easy, you only need a few ingredients.
Alright, so apparently this baking powder I found is from 2007. I don't know if baking powder actually goes bad or not.

Baking soda and baking powder are essentially chemical leaveners that react to temperature and other ingredients, so you are testing to see if the chemicals are still active. All you have to do is drop a little bit of the baking soda or baking powder into hot water (and vinegar if testing baking soda) and look for a bubbling reaction — if there's fizzing, it's still good to use!

After you mix it you want to put it on a baking sheet and on a plate, I can only do two at once because of the size of the plate.
I put some flour on top so that the cookies look festive. I would have done powdered sugar but I couldn't find any.
Alright, so now you put your cookie dough in the microwave. I'm not really sure how long to put it so I'm going to do 2 minutes just to start.

Alright, so the cookies are done baking. They're still a bit soft though.
To speed up the cooling process you can put the cookies in the fridge.
