Not that guy but its called moin moin, or you might see it called moi moi or some other similar spelling.
Soak and peel black eyed peas, and then blend them in to a paste with seasonings and onions, chilli etc. Its traditionally steamed in some sort of leag, but you can use tin foil or baking paper that has been folded in to a little parcel shape if youre doing it at home. Its pretty good as a side dish, but it is labour intensive since peeling beans takes forever. My gf is half Nigerian and she showed me how to make this.
