Probably the first time I didn't completely fuck up an omelette.
Protips to not fuck it up: high heat, loads of butter.
Yeah then you went and fucked it up by covering it with a salad. Anyway, wouldeat/10

I'd hate to see what kind of crap you eat on a bad day.
Did you cook it in a pizza oven? It's completely burnt.

no
You overcooked it and I can tell just by looking at it that it's dry and rubbery in addition to being way too brown.

Mmm looks good, love a good french omlette, gonna make one tomorrow now with some brie and spinach.

Idk mate it looked pretty much like the colour of this one
Some people like their food browned.
i HATE browned eggs but know some people who prefer them browned. either way is acceptable, browned eggs aren't "burned"

>i HATE browned eggs
Yep. It completely changes their delicate flavor and tastes like complete shit to me. If you shave off a piece of the browned bit and try it next to eggs with no color on them it really stands out.
Eggs are one of the very few things I never like to get color on.

You dummys, you can make a browned omelette

I've worked as a breakfast cook in the past and no, we don't cut everything open in order to tell whether or not it's done.
