So I tried this.
It's pretty good.
Are your other weird salmiakki foods as good, Finns?

salmiakki pääkallot/skulls should be your next target
Sisu motherfucking horna five-outta-five!

These might be hard to come by, but they are godly. Smoked licorice.
>>7165997
Salted licorice with black pepper? In what universe would that taste good?
>>7167166
I'm not sure.
I reacted to salmiakki the same way my Finnish friend reacted to Marmite.
Best

As far as salmiakki goes that's not even top tier. Try some Halva salmiakki next time, they make the tightest shit.
>>7167166
There's no actual black pepper in them, it's just a name

Anyone got a source for licorice chocolate?? Enjoyed the heck out of the licorice in iceland, and I used to get chocolate covered licorice in walgreens but now can't find even a brand to order on amazon or something.

Check out Johan Bülow.
Danish liquorice chocolates, although I don't know if they have any salmiakki stuff.

Half-finn here. Whenever i visit relatives or find it in a Swedish shop i always buy pic related. It's not salmiak but it's a godly tar flavored candy that seem to be kinda unique for Finland.
