Which bit of a pizza slice is the top, the tip or the crust?

the bottom would be the bread underneath.
think of it as an x y z axis. the x and y are two dimenional; going from the tip to the crust. the z is three dimension, going from the bottom of the bread to the toppings. hope this helps
