/ck/ rate my steak
btw sorry for big pictures forgot to resize them
Doneness is uneven, probably cooked in a shit pan.
Also, that steak is rare dude. Needed at least 30-45 seconds on each side for a nice medium rare, unless rare is what you were going for.
6/10, not blue rare
in a 10€ pan, i am at my girlfriends place, she's a vegetarian and cant cook. yea, i wanted it to be rare to max medium rare. it was also kind of thin. so it was only like 6 mins in the oven at 150°C. But it was pretty good, didnt have a very great salt and only grounded pepper.

Looks good, just the right amount of browning, pink and juicy on the inside. Looks like it could have had more cooking at the bottom, but I'd eat it.
Don't people rest their steak?
How 'bout mine?
First time I baked one, I loved how it turned out taste & texture wise.
Forget to cook them?

You need to let the steak rest
Look at how much of it leaked out

You're supposed to.
But most people don't know you should or are too impatient
