Personally, I wouldn't waste pork tenderloin in a stir fry. I'd go for a cheaper cut, but hey, do what you have to do.

tenderloin is a poor cut for a stir fry. not a lot of fat, so it can dry out quickly. get a fattier cut of meat, like chicken thigh or a pork chop

Cook your protein the way you need to so it's tender and most, then simply cut it into smaller piece and add it to the rest of the stir fry just before serving.
