at time, to time, as I see the hollywood movies, and HBO series, the curiosity is stacking up in my mind. so around 2-3 months, I start digging up FRESH p.b. in stores, or I search for groceries, where I grind myself the peanuts. After that, I search whole fruit jam. (actually, in euro, its suprisingly easy to find some hand made marmalade. But its not grinded-pig-bone-gelatinised-grapejuice (JAM), so that doesn't fit neither.
Holla-bread is available here, so that is a firm point in my pb-j
But somehow, I don't feel the balance in flavours, when I eat my sandwich. The basil, the curry,and the sirarcha is somehow, even if it's Murican as freedom, somehow overwhelms my feelings

In England it is common to eat bitter orance or lemon jelly and marmelade with peanut butter afaik.
Other european styles I know are emmentaler and hela spice ketchup, peanut butter and nutella, peeled orange slices and honey.
