Theres a guy who has a small hot sauce company (as in himself) in my area called Dadman Hot sauce.
The single best habanero hot sauce ive ever had.
This really crisp chili flavor and moderate heat.

There's Rice Paper in the CBD, the vietnamese place. They're actually decent enough for how cheap they are.

Not actual hot sauce but for a spicy sauce this stuff is really good.
We have it in Costa Rica, don't know if anywhere else.
But it's quite sweet and fruity and has a nice bit of heat, great with rotisserie chicken.
Normally don't even like bottled sauces

I did for a while it's fun. Especially once you get a nice collection built up and have a whole shitload to pick from when you're making a sandwich or want to add some to soup or w/e.

They do lose flavor over time and some turn odd colors and look gross so if you won't be using them regularly don't bother, I'm just giving you fair warning.

I got it in Hawaii last time I went there (about a month ago for 30 odd hours) and its pretty good.
Kind of sweet but with a good kick also. Kind of a mix between an asian style sauce and habenero hot sauce.

If you can get past the heat, it does have a pretty good flavor. Kind of fruity, not very dry.

But it's a lot of heat. Use it very sparingly.
