what is a good combination with pesto??
Mozzarella
Fusili, sun dried tomatoes and little balls of fresh mozzarella.
i want some pesto on a sandwich give me some tips pls

1) Take a slice of bread
2) Layer your chosen ingredients as you see fit
3) Put pesto on top
4) Add a second slice of bread on the top
Grill, pan fry or roast a chicken breast or pork loin.
Let it rest, then slice it.
Slice some bocconcini and cherry tomatoes.
Split a panuozzo or other, similar sort of bread.
Make Genoese pesto and spread on both side of the bread.
Top the bottom half with chicken slices, bocconcini slices and cherry tomato slices, in that order.
Top with rocket leaves.
Top with top half of the panuozzo.
Consume sandwich.
Clean up after yourself.
Don't forget to call yo' Mama. She misses you.

Or with eggs in the morning. Poached or sunny side eggs over brown/whole grain/sourdough toast, with a little pesto on top.
