Its fucking fantastic, literally one of mans greatest achievements. but dont be one of those fuckheads who spread it on heaps thick as if it were nutella, im a vegemite veteran, i fucking love the stuff but i wouldnt enjoy it spread on too thick. get some nice toast, apply an equal amount of butter and vegemite, it should look like pic related.
i know any other ausfags out there will get a warm fuzzy feeling just looking at this pic

literally the only thing we use vegemite for is on toast, or sometimes in a sandwich with cheese. or rolled into puff pastry with cheese. i really dont think there is another way to enjoy it

Yeah, it's a (very) low carb diet. One slice of bread is like half my daily carb limit. No reason to buy a whole jar of marmite to try it "just once". That's not to say that I don't cheat every so often, but I'm not going to buy a jar of something that encourages it.
