Hey there /ck/, I've got a Turkey Day question for you. I'm a broke college student who's having a Thanksgiving party with other broke college students. We all agreed that, given our limited finances, our party would be "struggle-themed". I have no idea what kind of food I could make for that, though. So here's the question:

Does anyone have a good, cheap Thanksgiving recipe? Preferably one that could be cooked in a microwave?

Pic unrelated btw.

Why is pusheen so fucking based?
>>
>struggle-themed

Buy some cans with missing labels from your grocery store. If they are vegetables or meat, make a casserole. If it's fruit, make cobbler. If it's pet food, eat the pet food you dumb broke fuck.

I would do that, but another guy is already bringing some kind of ramen casserole.

Apart from the usual /ck/ assholeishness, this isn't that bad of an idea actually.

Are you fucking kidding me? Struggle to buy a turkey, they're pretty goddamn cheap.

Could just make something with beans
>>
turkey cold cuts
sliced bread
cranberry jelly spread
frozen peas and corn
instant mashed potato
chef boyardee ravioli
water w lemon if u can afford
>>
Don't forget the Mac! If you use some kind of meat use the bones and leftovers to make a broth for soup

How many people you fucking twat?

I would do cornish hens. You can get small ones for like $3-$4.

Buy 4 of them, marinate them in oil/salt/pepper/sugar/garlic/crushed hot peppers. Bake them and you have leftover dipping oil for some cheapass $1 baguettes.

Stovetup stuffing by the truckload.

Pork bone and daikon radish soup. Not really thanksgiving related but it's good and cheap for cold weather
