What do you put in/on your homemade burgers, /ck/?

Mine:

> in the mix.

- 5 parts beef.
- 1 part pork.
- Egg.
- Worchestershire sauce.
- Dried onions.
- Garlic powder.
- Dijon mustard.

I don't use breadcrumbs because I find they make the burger too dry or something.

> Toppings.

- Ketchup.
- Mustard.
- Cheese.
- Lettuce (iceberg)
- Fried onions.
- Pickle.

No longer a burger. You're serving meatloaf sandwiches.

I just make ground beef into circles. You're over thinking things.
Little bit of black pepper, garlic, and onion powder on top of them when they're nearly done, then melt a slice of cheese on top.
Thousand island, relish (sweet or dill), tomato slice. Done.

butter in the oan,

plenty of salt and pepper.

nothing else, ever.

Okay, great; if you're using lean beef then the pork adds some fat and helps bind it together, so you don't need anything else like

Why not just throw in some screws and a banana while you're adding entirely unnecessary crap to your patties?

italian meringue
breadcrumbs
canola oil
2lbs ground pork
2 tbsp sriracha
>>
>>7083082
80/20 beef
salt, pepper, dash of garlic powder and chili powder
slightly steamed potato bun
american cheese
pickle
super thin sliced white onion
bit of ketchup, mustard, mayo mix

I like making super simple burgers. I leave the fancier stuff to restaurants.

I dont care for your burger mix too much, but your toppings are best toppings.
>>
80/20 ground beef, cooked medium
Salt and pepper on both sides
Grilled or seared in a cast iron skillet
Lightly toasted onion or sourdough roll
Mayo
Lettuce, arugula or baby spinach
Fresh tomato slices
Sauteed mushrooms
Sharp cheddar or pepper jack
Lots of dill pickle slices

That's my favorite way to have a burger
>>
