I'm this thread I will make a traditional Scottish haggis to get in touch with my Scottish heritage.

put in a pan and boil for 35 minutes.
Also cooking some oven chips because why not?

Tastes like history to be quite honest.
I've never seen haggis with venison before, it seems like a waste of good meat tbqh.
I tend to bake or fry my haggis these days, it gives it some nice crispy bits which improves the texture. Traditional boiled haggis seems too stodgy to me now, although it's still pretty good on a roll with some thick cut bacon
