Personally I could never not eat carbs and never understood the hate, they are an amazing source of energy and many complex carbs come with great nutritional perks. Whenever I need to lose a few pounds I just zig zag on a deficit and do a little more cardio.
I lost around 35 lbs doing keto in 3 months.
You either end up eating the same bland, oily shit on repeat or you spend a ton of time recreating foods high in carbs with expensive, hard-to-find ingredients
