Don't live in the best state for craft beer, and only really expanded my experience over the past few years, so I'm sure given more time none of these would even rank for me, but for what it's worth. . .

Ommegang Three Philosophers
Left Hand Milk Stout Nitro
Cigar City Good Gourd Nitro
Smuttynose Robust Porter
Wicked Weed Pompoen
Alltech Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout

The Smuttynose wasn't even on tap. If I can ever find it on tap, I expect to have my mind blown.

Honorable mention to Funky Buddha's Nib Smuggler, which I grabbed yesterday, and I'm still trying to decide (also without being on tap) if it's really best-of-the-best good.
