Ahh sorry, my bad, I saw the seam at the waist and assumed it was a skirt. My b, sorry. (But in my defense it looks like the bodice is a sliiiightly different color than the skirt, it looks a little yellower than the bodice in the photo. I'm probably just blind tho, gomen).

Actually, did more digging. It's either the knock-off set by Tanaka on Taobao, or this set from Meta. Which isn't on Lolibrary, so I missed it until I dug around some more.
I'd guess that >>9027576 is right and it's Meta based on the length. The photos for the Tanaka set are waaaay shorter.
