I actually really like this coord. It is pretty mis-matched and odd, but it feels so wearable and casual, while having a pretty fancy dress still involved. It's by no means a great coord, maybe not even good, but I think it works in its own way. Minimizer bra or a binder. Try larger sizes/longer waisted options in OP and choose JSK option but not high waisted ones. Just because there is play/ease/shirring in the back of a garment doesn't mean it will stretch around to equalize the front, shifting in back gives more overall ease if the piece is tight but can't add inches up to the front part, the side and shoulder seams prevent that.

There could be as much stretch in the back as you like, it doesn't make the nose dent any deeper, it just accomodates a wider (but still flat) person.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, it's a common problem for any girl who isn't flat-chested, unfortunately. Your options:
1. Binder, sports bra or some other way to get your boobs down to B cup or flatter. Worth exploring if you have specific dresses you almost fit into.
2. Look for things with stretch in front. Unfortunately front shirring tends to look bad, so no one really makes them anymore. Full shirring will make a non-skinny person look even fatter.
3. Cover up the bust with a bolero. At least no one can see how stretched out the trim on your bust is.
4. Go custom, make your clothes to fit your body. If you like prints, a compromise is to go for skirts and then add a custom bustier so it looks like a switching jsk.

I find it kind of interesting how salty people are in CoF coords, once you've seen enough posters offline or on FB. Of the people I've met everyone is just so average, they don't deserve to be this bitchy over everyone's coords. I suppose it's easier to be hypercritical of other people than to be amazing yourself?
