To make my point a bit clearer, while not everyone who's thin/skinny is anorexic, not everyone who is considered overweight/fat is obese.
For example the BMI for being underweight is 18.5 and lower; obesity is 30+. While my BMI is 25.1 on the overweight scale, I'm 5'6" tall with wide hips, eat a lot of protein and exercise. A person's lifestyle/height/body structure also comes to play in BMI.
But at least you understand that neither extremes are healthy, and that one should definitely make changes in order to improve their life.
