Lol, that's my photo. A bit jarring seeing it here. It's super gorgeous but you need to have a very full bust and wider shoulders for it to sit on you properly. The waist is also really big, but it has waist ties. I didn't like the sleeves either so I sold it for a different cut, but in my opinion, the detailing on this cut is the most beautiful.

I couldn't find any more pictures, however in 2008 they released a gingham print in very similar pattern and I found some larger pictures on dress-models so you can see the bodice cut better.
Depending on where the dress sits on you, there's a possibility about not wearing a blouse. Otherwise a lacey camisole top may help to give extra coverage.

From my own research I discovered that it is actually your old dress. It arrived today and is gorgeous, but definitely needs something worn underneath.
