That's because mori is more about the general feel of an outfit and doesn't stick to super strict rules like lolita, and tumblr is almost as bad as Etsy for 'encouraging creativity'. That's why you get hot messes declaring themselves to be magical fairy princesses uwu and throwing tantrums when someone helpfully points out that mori doesn't usually have hot pink lace as a component. There are a few good mori blogs out there, but no special snowflake will listen to advice on how to look good when they can just look like a troll doll that's been left in a damp cellar instead.
