Mentioning that you "have been around a long time" only makes you sound like someone I wouldn't want to take fashion advice from because you don't seem to see lolita fashion as something that is both versatile and always changing. Fashion is fluid, people will always be experimenting and some things will stick while others fall flat...discouraging creativity and trying to preserve a particular look at the expense of growth is how you kill a street fashion. Pretty much everything id off. The dress is too big for her, the torso is far too long and the skirt portion is too long as well. She looks very boxy.
