Yeah, mine too. It's was really unique but they kinda took too much time with the "real world" parts. I honestly wanted to see more of the other world and more fighting scenes, since those were top-notch.
I just wish the BRS manga or BRS-chan got anime adaptations as well but I doubt it will happen.

For what it's worth, the OVA was just an experiment. They were just testing the waters to see if it was worth picking up BRS and make it something bigger.

Naa, the OVA came first and was well received in and even outside of Japan. Then they made the BRS anime a couple of years ago and that one was also pretty well received too. Thing is, in the great scheme of things, BRS still lacked traction to become big and I guess huke kinda gave up on the whole deal.
