FAQs
> How is it free?
They invest your unsettled funds after a trade.
It's also pretty basic software.
> When is it coming to my country?
Probably never. They only have plans on an Australian beta ( https://robinhood.com/au/).
> It's been X days, why isn't my account isn't verified yet?
If it takes more than 3 days, try emailing their support. They are very good.
> Is this the right place to pump and dump and/or shill a worthless stock?
No, please go to Stocktwits, Plebbit, or one of our many chat groups.
> What's a good penny stock to invest in?
Don't buy penny stocks you cum guzzling mouth breathing retard.
> I hit sell when the stock was X.XX, but it actually sold at a lower price, am I being jewed?
No, that would actually be illegal. Robinhood graphs are just shit and only show you an average, not-really-realtime price. To get Bid/Ask prices and important things like candlestick graphs, you should use a more robust platform.
> Where can I get better charting or bid/ask?
thinkorswim is bretty gud if you want to go open a second account with real broker.
Otherwise you should be using Yahoo/Google finance or even Stocktwits for your graphing in addition to Robinhood.

Equally nice dubs.
sixkeks is just the trip of the only tripfags that consistently posts here. he's usually pretty good at picking out bio stocks right before they pop up, except for this one time.

You have been given a chance.
If you dont invest now, may you forever post your memes.
GIG will rally again tomorrow.
No stopping til $7
>>1179932
$CERU got any big news coming up?
I see they've got a presentation at a conference next Tuesday, but nothing says whether they'll be presenting something new.
Just signed up 2 weeks ago or some shit. Gonna get on phone and post my gains.
>>1179932
Got CERU and EXEL earlier this week/month.
Good entry point on ARIA?
>>1179958
PETX was the sleeper pick for the last few months.
I've been getting consistent meme tier growth day after day for ~2 weeks now.
Whos still hanging onto $NXTD? My gut says a breakout is coming. Feeling pretty butt hurt lately though...
Why do you guys gamble on penny stocks?

Why do people buy lottery tickets?

what's happening to CBAY?
>>1179996
No clue, but I may be interested in it as a quick swing trade if the open price is low.
Not keeping it for too long though, the price is a little low for me.
I don't rely much on after hours movement if no news is coming up.
what platforms do you guys use for graphs?
Next meme is UNXL, calling it, realistically can hit $7-10 a share from 1

Buy LINE on its low 30s and sell on its high . It's too easy to make money here folks.

Lots of very bearish symbols, statistcally. I certainly wouldn't jump in now, would you jump in right now if you didn't already own it?
>>1180038
LINE has one foot in bankruptcy court already. You're the definition of bagholder
>>1179928
Has he been right about anything other than CPXX?
>>1180093
He posted a whole list of tickers including $ACAD, $CERU, and a few others that did double digit growth. $CPXX was by far the most successful tough.
AVP going to double by summer. Sales of skin so soft and other non-deet anti-mosqito products going to push quarterly earnings thru the roof. Ziki virus panic going to have pregnant women desperately searching for any non chemichal product to ward off mosqitoes.

>>1179979
Because they're trading with $100-200 so a 25% decline isn't much more than some of fees people spend on actual investments, but a 400% pop is substantial. I think it's retarded too, but I understand.
>>1180472
CERU fucking sucks. They have an incredibly similar product to BIND, which shat the bed yesterday with their poor drug data.
>>1180505
You don't have to hold onto them indefinitely.
That said, part of the reason their product is shit is because the active ingredients target TOPO-1 which is in nearly all cells, so their drug is toxic as hell to begin with.
However, I think CERU's shit has less problems than BIND since BIND's product relies on a target to be present on cancer cells whereas CERU's exploits a common property of all tumors, that their blood vessels are porous. The issue with that is that because CERU's shit is less specific while still holding similarly toxic chemicals it could still be toxic for the patient since it goes everywhere.
Of course that's assuming the material on their website is correct.

Not a fan of penny stocks but if you boys want a fast nickel this might have potential for growth. I dropped a little over $500 in it the other day and it bounces between 17-20 cents I'm thinking it might hit .30 or even .40 if anyone has done any other research on it please chime in and throw some deets at me. They're presenting their product on the 10th and they're selling out of product before they even get to present it. So it seems likely profitable.
>>1181150

Should I open an account with a discount brokerage while I wait for RH Instant? I wanna day trade meme stocks with you guys but RH is too slow with my money. I have a TDA account but trade fees are $10. I have enough for the Interactive Brokers minimum, but damn putting $10k into a meme account seems scary to me.
>>1181392
I use interactive brokers. If you dont have a margin account youre gonna deal with the 3 day cash settlement problem, same as robinhood. get 25k and get a margin account, makes things so much faster and easier
theyre pretty fuckin nice and commissions are low, like 1$ / trade roughly (it depends on certain factors)
also the platform has lots of nice nice tools:
options (i dont use)
forex (i dont use)
foreign trading (playing with yen on japanese stock market right now)
+
nice customizable charts
good support
good mobile app
-
sort of clunky platform, not user friendly, very confusing at first

tradeking is $4.95/trade and you get OTC markets

oh one thing about the charts
theyre shit if you dont pay for realtime market data
its pretty cheap i forget exactly how much per month, but you can probably just deal with looking up realtime prices on a number of websites instead of straight through the platform.
but if youre going to daytrade i recommend you get the real time data

PharmaPhag here:
Bought UTHR. Amazing company, here's why:
Several products commercially sold for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). A "fairly common" rare, chronic and progressive disease. The patients need chronic medications for life. These patients live for years, there's no cure, and no definite causality other than genetics in select patients. That means, the prevalence of patients over time is likely to rise.
Most medications are infusions or frequent injections of medications intended to mitigate symptoms. UTHR came out a few years ago with an oral formulation. These medications are highly reimbursable through various insurance payers. It's also not easy to switch from one drug in the same class to the other. Most of the time, when you're on a particular drug, it's for life.
Currently, one drug, Remodulin accounts for 39% of revenue which will come off patent in 2018. The idea is to grow the oral formulation's market share and create a permanent, implantable pump for which to instill Remdoulin. This pump had a minor setback recently, causing the stock to plummet. These setbacks are common with new technologies as the FDA is merely requiring more data. Current market share has not been impacted, only future market share may be delayed. In addition, a new cancer product has come online last year for neuroblastoma which will slowly gain a foothold as other options are limited. This drug improves event free survival and overall survival.
Valuation: UTHR is valued at a market cap of $5billion. According to Dec. 2015 filing, they had over 800 million in cash, no long term debt, very little short term debt, and about 500 million in net tangible assets - they're not even counting goodwill! Patents of course can be discounted a bit, however; actual real stuff that's worth money in the company is well over $1billion.
1/2 cont...
>>1182248
I'M ALL IN
>>1182248
If the Remodulin pump is approved in October, or sometime later in 2016 or early 2017, along with a phase 4 trial for the oral formulation demonstrating superior benefits (I believe this study will be complete in June 2016), market share of current products should take off.
This is a company that's actually formulating organic growth, with real products, real revenue, and not just some giant faggot company buying up all the talent and marketing it. That means there's a possibility of being bought out by bigpharma. They recently completed a $500 mil share buyback program which means they actually give a fuck about the shareholder.
The new cancer drug will take some time to gain market share, but according to the 2015 study, they ended it early due to superior benefits over current therapy.
Some of their products are awaiting orphan drug status which allows for longer patent protections and tax benefits.
The current CEO is one of the founders, sounds like she actually gives a shit, and believes in her business.
I bought in around $114. I have a price target of around $180 within 1 year. Some analysts suggest it may go down to $90, at which point I'd scoop up more. The upside looks much greater than the downside.
In addition, due to low interest rates, alot of money has piled into safe haven stocks. This is a more risky asset, and thus likely not over priced.

>>1179899
Money settles tomorrow, what do? Was planning to get in on FCX, but it spiked up a bit so I'm not sure if worth anymore.
I was looking to buy if it hit $8.
Thinking about shorting oil for a day or 2 if it looks like it's going to bounce down from 40-42.
>>1182089
Mnkd wasn't from here dumbass, that was a WSB call cross posted here. Still a horrible pick but nobody here is to blame.
Feel free to spend your day here whining like a bitch though, glad to have you and your unoriginal trip bro.

Only if Robinhood ends up supporting OTC markets. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening any time soon.

When are you thinking of selling your SYN? When it hit 2.7 I feel like I should've.
>>1182827
I'd settle for selling it on any small pop. As long as its for a profit it doesnt matter much to me since its a small position.
Up 30% on GALXF in 3 days.
>tfw only invested 1k

RH doesn't have it
>>1182723
Wrong, faggot.
I use two moving averages. 10 day and 60 day. When the 10 day breaks the 60 day line it can be a good indication to buy . It depends on a lot of other things as well. I suggest you use stochastic rsi, MACD, fibonaccis, ichimoku clouds, volume, etc to do technical analsysis. Everyone has something that works with their strategy. You just need to find which indicators are for your stock
Pick a biotech stock with an upcoming catalyst (preferably something FDA related or something like a clinical trial) do exstensive research to see if the science is good, then check the companies health. If both line up there is a high chance of a positive catalysts sending the stock to the moon.
LITERALLY if everyone in this thread started doing hard research on biotech companies you could find the next moonshot like I found CPXX
>>1183255
Blah blah blah. Post the next moonshot fag or get out
What do you guys mean by researching companies? How do you do it exactly? While im waiting on my bank account verification im trying to look up stocks to buy next week, but I dont know how to research them well.
I look up general information on the company and what people say about them but should I be doing more? Ive seen the FDA calendar but its confusing to understand the products they make sometimes

Just play the news anon. I'm waiting for Monday obviously to see the price action, could turn out to be a decent daytrade.
Is MNKD becoming a good buy at these levels?
I have to buy before it dips under 1$ or I get hit with more brokerage fees.
Should I set a buy order at 1.01 or is it going much lower?
>>1185191
I'm thinking it could explode if you ride it long. We shall see. Say hi to Bobby for me.
>>1185290
That shit won't rise until they begin distribution. You won't get any real gains from MNKD until probably mid September.

14 page PDF, it's an easy read. Do some research, and relax.
What do you guys think of AVXL? heard they just got approval for some drug.
Good time to get in on INO?
>>1185834
The market is closed. Wait for the dip tomorrow.
>>1185806
i owned AVXL presplit at $1.12. They rsplit 5 to 1 to ~$6, went up to $12 and I sold on the way back down @$9.
I dont know what happened to their last drug 2-73, but Martin Shkreli seemed to think it was a scam company. I believe they had another drug targetting Parkinsons? Anyway, they recieved funding from The Michael J. Fox foundation for what it's worth.
Keep in mind that this stock was $6 when it uplisted to NASDAQ, then made a run to $12 during the 2-73 trials. Then went all the way down to $3. It is currently trading back at $6. Make of that what you will.
>>1185907
Damn..these biotech companies are so iffy even with good news. Haven't bought any stocks on it, but was reading the charts and volume looks good. Gonna wait on Monday to see what happens
Why did I buy Microsoft...
Reminder that CERU will be releasing data on the interim p2 results this TUESDAY.
With this information we know that it's most likely going to see a runup and a dip in to tomorrow, which order? No clue, it just happens with these biotech stocks. This makes a prime stock to daytrade and if you have balls of fucking steel you can try to time the dip at its lowest point and hold until Tuesday for the potential moon shot.
Good luck tomorrow fucks
>>1186277
>tfw already in at $3

300 at $3.11 I'm a lil ashamed I didn't get closer to $3
