Most people are familiar with adderall. I assume the average age on 4chan is probably early twenties, so they had their parents drug them with adderall or ritalin.

>>686876168
The ones in our best seller are anti-depressant, synthroid and blood pressure / cholesteol meds. I guess the most stocked drug would be vitamins D + calcium? (Doesn't expire, cheap, lots of people take it)

Then maybe you need to head toward less common pain medication such as lyrica or neurontin.

First you will build a tolerence and an addiction. Then your judgement will be compromised. Also, using benzodiazepine regularly has been linked with memory problems.

I've been taking wellbutrin lately and it started producing excess acid in my stomach and I had to go to the ER to get the pain under control. I stopped the wellbutrin, and my psych just prescribed me Prozac. I'm now taking that and I'm having the same problem. I'm eating food and drinking water with it but it doesn't seem to help. Tips?

What should I tell the a doctor to prescribe me adderall?
>>
>>686876582
Not OP, but I've got disc disease in that area.

Never had anything that took away my pain completely, but Tylenol 3 is about as weak as opiates get.

If you have nerve pain, Gabapentin and Oxycodone/contin do a decent job.

Really, if you can fix the problem and only be on drugs temporarily, that is the best.

I love the highs, but much rather would have no pain for just one day even.

The first thing to know is that the first few weeks are the wost with antidepressant, you should be patient a bit. Otherwise at least try to take zantac to reduce the acidity. Prozac is an old molecule, I would suggest more something like celexa.

Speaking of Adderall...

31yo male. I started Vyvanse for treatment of ADD. It worked great. Was super focused, boss at work even commented how productive I was. Unfortunately I had a super-rare side effect: impotence. It was sadly due to the medicine; if I didn't take it on the weekends, no issues.

Switched to Ritalin. Don't like it as much; too myopic, can't turn off thoughts, and makes it tough to begin speaking.

Is the impotence side effect of amphetamines expected? Temporary while the body adjusts? Treatable?

Hey man I've been taking Effexor for about a month (depression/social anxiety for years) and noticed my dick is like a wet noodle. Can't really get that hard and its A LOT harder to cum if I go through with it and don't just give up after 20 minutes or so. Is it possible that this is a side affect? I'm aware anti-depressants have this sort of effect but I have taken a few other kinds a few years back (Welbutrin,Vyvanse,Lexapro) and never experienced these side-affects. Should I tell my psych next time I see them?

Thanks :)

A hypospray (colloquially, hypo) was a medical device used to inject liquids into the body. The system used a noninvasive transport mechanism of compressed air to transfer the injectant from the device into the subdermal layer below the skin of the body, or artery. This was done without the use of a needle, ensuring that the skin was not punctured during use, thus reducing the risk of infection or pain at the site of injection. Various drugs could be used, inserted into the hypo in vials attached to the end of the instrument.

If you are taking only as needed for anxiety attacks a couple of times a week at that dose, you are probably fine.

Taking it daily and then suddenly running out can be very bad.

I get 30 0.5 mg each month, but probably only take 15 throughout the month, and only sometimes before sleep or when a panic attack comes on.

It does and it will. At a therapeutic level there's almost no damage and it's completely reversible after you stop, but prescriptions like that aren't meant to be forever. Fentanyl is different though, it's basically a stark crazy-ass anti-opiod, I wouldn't be surprised if other opiates didn't work and fentanyl did

Can you explain your chemical balancing I'm on the same track as you.
>>
>>686883271
I have to know drug interactions at a neurological level. I won't tell someone some drug website bullshit like everybody reacts differently to every drug because that's not true. Interactions are a baseline of what I have to know, a side note to the real chemistry happening.
And yes, you are just doing a database's work and dumbing it down for people too stupid to google it themselves
>>
>>686883751
Not OP. You're probably dehydrated. Drink at least 16 fl oz. of water before bed.
>>
>>686883774
oh interesting i didn't know computers can see every drug/chemical/suspension in stock and combine them to make specific drugs.

so far nothing has worked, they knocked me out the first surgery, the second they gave me a nerve block then knocked me out, the nerve block worked (for like 2 days might i add), but that was the ONLY time i had pain relief

Non pharmdrphag here, besides fentanyl working, what are the others you have been prescribed that have not reached the summit of the most potent IV "pain" drug in the medical field?

No but depending on what they are, adding a bottle of jack should do the trick

alcohol often intensifies the drug
so if you took 8 sleeping pills and some alcohol you will either die or sleep for a couple days and wake up feeling like you came out of a coma

>>
>>686883970
Sure brother, i say "chemical balancing" like there is a derived formula that can be calculated and bing you're cured..... But what i mean is that there are several add/adhd medications on the market, in the late 70's -late 80's there was 1 rittalin. So back in the day they would start one paitent on 10mg/day..during a 6-12 month period this mg/day would increase or decrease based upon "legitamite" feedback from the paitient-(us tards)...now days there are A LOT OF BULL SHIT. non-amphetamine based meds that are trying to achieve the effect that ritalin and adderall/EXR has on paitents with add/adhd but if you dont have a good relationship with your primary care dr or other dr, one cannot achieve that incrementsl dose adjustment that we tard heads need to achieve our bslance
>>
>>686885634
Benzos allow you to drink yourself to death without puking. They also slightly boost the potency of alcohol but when it comes down to it, the suicide cocktail of benzos and alcohol is really death by alcohol poisoning

75+% of the worlds prescription opiates are consumed by 5% of the worlds population (the US) this number has sky rocketed since 2012 when The blowbama admin introduced the Hospital Value-based Purchasing program to the HCHAPS survey. Medicare will reward hospitals that provide higher quality or better patient outcomes.Whats wrong with this you ask??? In all good intentions this is great except for question # 4 in the HCHAPS that is regarding "pain management"

1. whether a patient experienced his/her pain as being well managed.
2. IF the same patient feels that everything possible was done to manage his/her pain.

The HCHAPS has 7 other questions in regards to stay and care. Food, cleanliness etc....
*** most of these questions are graded on a scale of 1-5 ; 1 low and 5 verry happy (doped).

If 1 of the 8 question HCHAPS (even the sub categories) are given a score less than 5 ;)~~~ then automatically 30% of medicaid reimbursement is lost.

WELL WELL WELL....the number 1 question out of the 8 that is NOW automatic dismisall of 30% medicare reimbursement is question # 4 regarding pain management...... BLOWBAMAs AHCA has hospitals and their Dr's, surgeons, nurses walking on eggshells that has led to what has become the number 1 cause of death ages 55-18

How much gabapentin is the max a patient can be prescribed in terms of daily use? This medicine is a miracle for nerve pain I've suffered as the result of a botched surgery but my insurance made me switch doctors and this new doctor cut me back to 3 800mgs a day as opposed to my old doctor, who knew me for years aND knew the pain I was in, had me on 6 800mgs a day (2 in am, 2 afternoon, 2 b4 bed) but my new doctor says there's no way I was getting that much because the FDA "legal limit" is 3200 mgs a day total. My insurance company has never given me a hard time about filling my old 6 a day script either, even up until about 3 week ago despite this new doctor claiming it's been 3200mg/day for a long time.

What's your take OP?

>>686878688
Chemfag who's worked with colloidal silver for 4 years now. For heavy metals, its poisoning is rather benign. It gets absorbed into your cells and stays there, turning you a weird shade of blue. So unless you want to be a smurf, I wouldn't drink it. Actual effects haven't been seen in vivo, silver works better as an anti-mircrobial agent as a surface.

If you were diagnosed with ADHD as a kid, you pretty much have a golden ticket to Addies, but you'll still may get sent to a therapist to test you. A buddy of mine says "just keep hitting the button" when you get tested. Some button that says you're being distracted and lost train of thought or something while you're being quizzed or some shit.
>>686878883
Even the generic version is awesome if you can actually pass the test. Some doctors will just prescribe it to you without getting tested by a therapist but that's really rare

Do you have insurance? Psychs are paid a lot of money to push seroquel. Were you deemed a harm to yourself or others? (Having common uncontrollable episodes) or do you have traits/paranoid delusions? I was more leaning to the latter and it just makes your brain literally shut down/zombie-autopilot mode. Close to a chemical lobotomy that gets filtered out over time. I took mine at night which was good for sleeping, during the day and everything is so dead. That can be a good thing or a bad thing. Doctors are smart, but your life is still up to you, as long as you haven't been institutionalized. All of that being said, I am no longer on the seroquel because it did not work how I needed, but that may not be the same for you.
