punk has been training MMA on the side for years, he's got cardio and superior ground game, but most importantly they're going to be fighting at Punk's weight class, if Brock has to cut down to 200 the dude will literally have to be wheeled to the ring on a stretcher

Actually Punk is a heavyweight in UFC class. He weighs 218lbs, and to qualify for heavyweight you have to be at least 205lbs. So he could fight Lesnar if he wanted to, but Lesnar out classes him in height and weight and discipline. So yeah, Lesnar could kick his ass.
Although I could be wrong since I based Punk's weight off his billing in prowrestling.
