Do you know if cows like fruits and vegetables or if it's good for them, if so which ones.
Any study or personal experience about this would be appreciated.
Cow thread i guess?

I meant to say calves, i pretty much know that the older cows eat fruits and vegetables
No clue but my uncle feeds his cattle apples he gets from orchids and brewery that is not suitable for sale.
He gets a ton of veggies that not suitable for supermarkets.
All this shit is sold cheaply, the vegetables tend to be a in weird shape or look weird but are fine.
It is just people would not buy them.
I don't know if it is good or bad for them but the are beef cattle.

Yeah, I've seen articles on this. Apples that aren't shiny enough or something comes up too.
Really, it's supermarkets trying to be picky and not have to buy too much produce so they say they only pick the best because that's what their customers demand.

In fairness anon the average shopper would choose a regular looking produce over a weird one, something in their head trigger that just because it looks weird is is not as good.
My mother takes some of the weird vegetables off my uncles, says they taste the same so who cares.

I mean, some of these vegetables even look perfectly fine and it's a way to get out of their contracts with providers.
