Sadly this tbqh. OP, if your skin was falling off wouldn't you want your mom or dad to take you to the ER or urgent care? Had you gone earlier, you probably could have gotten by with medicated shampoo. At this point it is probably infected and will need antibiotics to successfully treat, so waiting only drives up the cost.
I want to give the advice I received in the dog thread, but that looks too infected for the topical oil treatment. It would probably burn like hell.
