Found this in my garden in the middle of the grass. I'm moving it to the flower bed so I can cut the grass tomorrow. Is this an orchid? What specifically is this? North Scotland if that's any help

dactylorhiza are hard to identify.

don't remove the clump around the roots and just plant it elsewhere.
