I have a question.
So I saw this spider and picked it up but I didn't feel pain but my entire left hand's muscles tensed up until I blew the spider off.
What happened?
What kind of spider was it?
It was kind of light brown and small, like the size of a long ant.

Sounds like brown recluse
Nothing related to the spider. There are no effects like that any spider could concievably cause.

Based off of your picture it would appear that you picked up an immature cockatrice who then attempted to petrify your limb, presumably for consumption. You're lucky that it was immature and thus couldn't finish you off before ingesting your delicious rocky innards. Let this be a warning op.
