This bird has started coming around my place terrorizing squirrels. I think it's a hawk but not sure.

Where are you in the world? Don't need a city, just a state/country/region. Looks like a red tail hawk but that pic is a little blurry. I only say redtail because there's a lot around where I live, and that looks like one.
oh and don't mess with the poor thing for "terrorizing" squirrels. Red tails are based. Cute as fuck too, got to hold one once.
