If anything about Puppy Bowl needs a petition, it is the ABSOLUTELY INSANE amount of advertising! The 4 break ins to show the ref eating Twizzlers, the 8 break ins for the vacuums (and a fucking dance number with vacuums? Really?)
Honestly, I understand advertisers make these events happen. But there ARE commercials. And I guarantee you, those are not cheap time slots. It should be more than enough to find Puppy Bowl.
The most expensive part of it is just caring for all the animals which they can probably do with volunteers.
It just ruins the show. Commercials, fine. But those ridiculous cut ins and blatant product placements have got to go. They should be using that time for more events and stories, like the one with the cats destroying San Francisco (sooo awesome), or the control room being overthrown (I think that was PB #11?). There are so many possibilities.
But, no, we get fucking dancing with vacuums. Thanks. I make a deliberate point to never buy from retarded advertisers. Added Bissel to the list.
