They're really good; they taste very moist and juicy, and the flavor is kind of exotic -- maybe kind of like an apple, with the texture of a peach? If you pick them too early, while they're still yellow-green, they can be very sour and tart, yet still sweet. If you let them go longer, they become more golden and much juicer and sweeter. I like them in the middle here, where they're tart and juicy. All the critters around here love them, too. Last year the birds and squirrels got most of them before I did, so it's kind of hard to recall exactly what they taste like. If you ever get a chance to eat one, you should take it.

Not currently, sorry. I'm staying with my brother for a few days to help him move into his new house. Our tree's pretty small since it was planted about a foot away from our garage, and there's a part of it that looks like it's dying, so we may have to rip it up soon, unfortunately.
