For both: Depends so much on the girl, and for me personally, whether I'm on BC or not. It's different for everyone, and I personally get agonizing, terrible pain, and I've had my period since I was 9 years old. I know, but there's a small amount of cases (I think ~10%) that are "cured" then come back. My dermatologist has me on what's actually too high of a dose (I looked it up) for too long of a time, but I'm still worried.

As for the second question, there's still evidence that there's a wage gap.
