I have Proteinuria, the new results are 540 mg/24h(for a 24h pee collection, if you know what this entails because I don't)
I have no idea if anyone here had something similar or could comment on what I should do or expect, my family doesn't have a history of kidney issues but my grandma does have diabetes.
I'm going to the doctor soon, but if anyone here could tell me what I should do, what I should expect or whatever, any help would be great.(This isn't the first time that I had too much protein)
I don't want to have the need for a kidney transplant desu.

I get that I just wanted to maybe get someone's story or general idea of the possibilities.
I'm not fat, I eat quite alot of choclate and I'm not very active, I'm also 18.
At the very least someone could tell me what a 540 mg/24h result should tell me, if it's really extreme or still mild.
Maybe some info on how something like this progresses.
Anyways, I don't expect someone to change my life here, I just want something to calm me down a bit and get to understand the situation that I am in.

Doesn't add up. Define 'not fat' Define 'quite a lot of chocolate' Do you drink, smoke, do drugs (which drugs)? There's too many questions to even google for a possible problem let alone speculate a diagnosis or what you can expect.
