Ive been on 1.25 mg klonnopin daily for anxiety for the last 3 years or so can you guy give me some advice for getting off of it
just stopping is bad right?
little worried about how ill be without it but im not doing to well now anyway (neet, never leave my room)
my psychiatrist a shit so i dont think shell really help too much
I was like two years without going out, nor I talked just family sometimes, depressed as fuck.
Now I'm better, can go anywhere and I'm not insecure about myself, I did it alone, reading and reasoning, I think is mental, a mindset you need to work. You might need more help, consulting professionals would help you more I guess.

My advice is to try slowly cutting your intake.
Do 1mg for 7-14 days, then go down to .75mg for 7-14 days, then .5mg for 7-14 days, ect ect
I am not a medical professional and I would seriously talk to your psychiatrist first, as I believe long term benzo use does have nasty withdrawl which can result in serious physical side effects. Do your own homework and maybe even talk to a primary care physician/actual doctor.
