Hello, /adv/, 19M virgin here.

Growing up, for some stupid reason, my dad never told me that I was supposed to pull my foreskin in shower and when peeing, and now I have it too tight to expose the glans. Honestly, I only found out that the head is supposed to be exposed during intercourse when I started watching porn (took me a while to figure out).

When flaccid I can pull it halfway down the head of my dick, and a bit less when erect. It IS NOT phimosis.

I started pulling it as frequently as possible, but I believe that it's going to take a long time to fix, and I really don't want surgery.

If some miracle happens and I come to get laid, will I hurt in the act? Is there any way not to? Can I, like, use my hand to hold it and put inside unpulled?

Hi anon, I was in the same boat as you. Let me tell you what I personally experienced. I was scared about sex because I had an overly sensitive (penis)head since it was never exposed to outside stimulus. I started to very slowly stretch out the foreskin slightly in the shower. I would also let some warm water pour directly on it, since it didn't really hurt. I did this every now and then. Eventually I could lightly touch it after about a year. I hooked up with a girl in my senior year of high school and I said fuck it if it hurts I'll fucking deal with it. Turns out, girls are pretty fucking lubricated. I could definitely feel some discomfort but not enough for me to stop. Flash forward a year. After so much fucking my foreskin got pulled to a natural state. The discomfort went away. So basically just fuck it, literally.
