So I'd like to look a bit what healthier and add more volume / thickness to my hair, what's the best I can do? Also can I use conditiones used by woman to achieve this? Or do I need specific men conditioners?

I got a haircut and I gotta say, I look so much better. I had long hair because lol college and I got a solid comb over for jobs and damn. It makes loads of a difference.

I got it sort of like this now (picture), but I think my hair is just to thin, and my skin looks a bit unhealthy even though I eat healthy and sport alot.
