Make her a care package. A stuffed animal, soaps and shampoos, books, etc. Obviously nothing with alcohol in it or anything that she could use to hurt herself. If she contacts you, you can bring it to the hospital to cheer her up. And if she doesn't, it'll be something you can focus on. Just don't take her not contacting you personally. When you get all stressed in your head like that, it's hard to keep up with the people in your life.

It's tough to not take it personally, but I do understand it's nothing like that. I think the biggest thing is the not knowing. The lack of information.

All last week I was working myself up. Yesterday, mutual friend told me that she'd just been told what is going on and I feel more relaxed because I know what's happening. But yeah, not easy.
