I'm worried I may be gay. I'm currently in a hetero relationship, but I think about women. I really like my man, he is the love of my life but I still feel this way. I don't know what to do. I don't think I can see myself spending the rest of my life with a woman, but I'm worried I'm gay. Should I ignore these feelings? Will they go away?

If this guy truly loves you, you are already fucking him over deeply by harboring these types of feelings and not trying to immediately solve them, so, fuck you for that.
However, you should tell him and both see a therapist together, it may be your problem, but since he is with you its his problem too.
If you truly love him exhaust all possible options first by speaking and being 100% honest and frank, also as ive stated see a sex therapist together. It will do you more harm than good as this is already the third stage to true infidelity.
If you truly do love him there is nothing more fucked up by hiding something that could eviscerate the love you share. Look, ive seen this happen a few time in my life, these things are like a fucked up domino effect and the lobger you leave these thoughts without first trying to solve the origin, the more twisted your feelings will get until you make a mistake, its very important that you figure this out together. Yeah, that is a tough situation. Like someone else said, it's best to be honest with yourself, and honest with him. Tell him how you feel, don't let the feelings fester and go further in the relationship without telling him. I know where your coming from, sex with my ex was a chore because frankly I don't like dick. It's going to be really hard on both of you, but again it's best to be open and honest
