Realistically? Save up a bit more money, line up a job in advance, then take a bus/train to the city you want to start over in. Otherwise you are just going to end up on the streets because 1 grand isn't shit.

2)buy a newspaper or get in a cybercafe, search a part time job to survive.

3)Look for better jobs until you find one, quit your job and take the better one.

4) Repeat step 3 until you feel comfortable with your current job and you can afford a good place to live, start focusing on life goals/social life/etc.

Ugggh, it's this thread again. Hang around here long enough and OP is going to start complaining about all the hicks he/she lives around and their insufferable parents, nothing to do, etc.etc. and how much better life must be in Los Angeles/New York/Miami/Paree (based off of television).
